This site or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the expressed written consent of caraWonga.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 

We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on http://45.32.138.74 that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Please note that colors on your computer screen are not always 100 % the same as in real life. We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


ORDERING 

caraWonga has set up a web shop on this site and customers may place their orders through the web shop. caraWonga does not guarantee that all items included in the Pikkpack web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable,caraWonga will contact you by email asap. caraWonga reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud or similar activity, such as unauthorized use of another´s credit card, is suspected.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions when errors arise. Should such a situation occur caraWonga cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale.


PRICES

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. In case of software or human errors for instance products listed with an obvious incorrect price, caraWonga reserves the right to cancel the order. In these cases, notifications will be given to the customer. In the web shop prices are displayed for each item.

If your country is part of the European Union, prices include Hungarian VAT (27%). Shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.


PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express). All payment transactions are handled by PayPal. You don’t need to register or to have a PayPal account to order. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Learn more about PayPal’s security.

We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. caraWonga uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information. caraWonga will only send you e-mails if you ask for more information. We might also use your e-mail address to confirm your order/request and to respond to any inquiries you make online.


SHIPPING AND TAXES

Packages will be shipped from Hungary, by Fedex. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches your country. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. We do not collect VAT, duties or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we can’t predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend you to contact your local customs office or Fedex office to obtain a landed cost estimate.


DELIVERY SERVICE

We aim to deliver your shoes within 10-15 working days from placing the order, but sometimes due to high order volume in sales periods please allow 30 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Each item will be attempted to be delivered once. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, you can collect the package at the local Fedex collection point.  In case you miss to pick them up, the shoes will be returned to our Budapest office and your purchase will be cancelled.


DELIVERY AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it to us within 30 days for exchange or refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition and accompanied by the invoice.  Shoes will not be accepted if there are signs of wear on the sole.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. caraWonga will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that our web shop cannot refund any postal fees, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. We refund only the price of the product itself.


INCORRECT / DAMAGED GOODS 

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact caraWonga immediately, and your case will be given special priority. We will examine your case thoroughly and if we acknowledge that the product is faulty, defective or incorrect, caraWonga will refund the full price of the shoe or replace it and pay any shipping costs incurred.

Possible defects are for example:

  • separation of soles
  • separation of heels
  • defective upper leather
  • sewing defect

RETAIL

If you are a retailer and would like to work with us, please get in touch at hanna@pikkpack.com and do not place an order of big quantities through the web shop.
